|

 The School Nurse is to deliver a School/Community Health Service based on the identified needs for Six Nations of the Grand River School children and community members which includes the following components: designing, developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluation various programs/components of this service.
Goals:
1. To provide current educational health information and guidance to students attending elementary schools on Six Nations and area secondary schools which promote healthy living, learning and lifestyles.
2. By using health education and promotion throughout the schools, improve and maintain holistic individual/family health.
3. To improve and decrease the incidence of preventable disease by promotion of healthy lifestyles.
